Enterprise Risk Protection Executive Summit

It’s a Family Affair: Building Enterprise Risk Protection and Operations Partnerships

Enterprise protection works best by enlisting the family of talents that exist throughout the entire organization. However, a myriad of colliding priorities challenge collaboration more today than ever before. The danger of being reactive is not only costly, but potentially detrimental to the success of the business. How can we build effective partnerships and lead our organizations away from the victimhood of risk?

Join Raley’s executives Kevin Konkel, Chief Operations Officer, and Matt Hilbrink, Director of Asset Protection, on a journey that explores the design of enterprise-level risk avoidance strategies. Gain a board-level perspective on how to prioritize and assimilate risk with other business imperatives. Learn how C-suite executives and protection professionals work together to close the gap between risk and resistance. This session incorporates lessons learned by our featured executives and includes the opportunity for audience participation and dialogue.
